Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return anything that isn't right. We don't ask why.

What you can return

Anything unworn, unwashed, and with its tags still attached, within 14 days of delivery. The window runs from the day the parcel reaches you, not the day you ordered.

We cannot take back underwear or swimwear once the hygiene seal is broken, or anything altered after delivery. That is a hygiene limit rather than a judgement about the return.

How to start one

  1. Email glothlab@gmail.com with your order number and which pieces are coming back.
  2. We reply within two business days with the return address and confirm what we have agreed.
  3. Send the parcel back. Keep the postage receipt until your refund lands — it is your only proof the parcel was sent.

Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us. A parcel that arrives unannounced is much harder for us to match to an order, and that delays your refund rather than ours.

Who pays the postage

Return postage is yours to cover, unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing — in which case we pay it, and we'll say so when we reply.

Until a returned parcel reaches us it is still in the carrier’s hands, so a tracked service protects you rather than us.

Your refund

Once the return arrives and we’ve checked it over, we refund to the original payment method. There is no other route — we cannot refund to a different card, and we do not issue credit in place of a refund unless you ask for it.

We process it within two business daysof the parcel arriving. How long it then takes to appear is your bank’s to decide; card refunds commonly take five to ten business days after we send them.

The original delivery charge is refunded too when the whole order goes back and the fault was ours. On a partial return, the delivery you already had was still delivered, so it stays.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return and a fresh order rather than a swap. It is slower to describe and faster in practice: a returned garment is not automatically back on sale, so holding your size against a parcel still in transit would mean promising stock we may not have.

If you want a different size, say so when you email — we will tell you whether it is in stock before you send anything back.

If something is faulty

Email us with a photograph and your order number. A manufacturing fault is not a return in the ordinary sense and the 14-day window is not the limit on it — your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act stand regardless of anything on this page.
