Terms of sale

Adding something to your bag reserves nothing. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm your payment and send the confirmation email, not when you press the button.

Until then either side can walk away. That gap is short and it matters only in one situation, described next.

Stock is finite and two people can reach checkout with the last piece. If a payment succeeds and we then find we cannot fulfil the order, we contact you and refund in full. We do not substitute a different size or colour without asking.

We would rather tell you this in advance than have it read as a failure when it happens: a refund in that case is the system working as designed, not something going wrong.

Every price shown includes 9% GST. The price that binds is the one calculated on our server when your order is placed — the browser sends what you chose, never what it should cost.

If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place rather than a keen discount — we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil at that price. We will tell you which it was.

Delivery times, costs and carriers are set out in Shipping. Your right to return, the window, and how refunds work are in Returns. Both form part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are the carrier’s and are estimates — a late parcel is not a broken contract, though it is still something to email us about.

We sign you in with a link sent to your email rather than a password. Anyone with access to your inbox can therefore sign in as you; keep it secure, and tell us if you think someone else has.

We may suspend an account being used fraudulently, or to abuse the returns policy. Where we do, we will say why.

The photography, text, designs and the name Glothlabbelong to us. Please don’t reproduce them commercially without asking. Sharing a link, or a photo of something you bought, is welcome.

We try to show colour accurately, but screens differ, and a small difference between the photograph and the garment is not a fault. A real one is — see Returns.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Where the law gives you a right, this page does not take it away, whatever else it says.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
