Standard delivery is free on orders over S$80. Next-day is charged at S$9.00 regardless of order value — it is a faster service rather than a discount, so the threshold does not apply to it.
When your order leaves us
Orders are packed on business days. An order placed before the courier’s afternoon collection usually leaves the same day; after it, the next business day. Weekends and Singapore public holidays are not business days for either us or the carrier.
The delivery windows above are the carrier’s, counted from collection rather than from when you ordered.
Tracking
You will get an email the moment your parcel is handed to NinjaVan, with its tracking number. You can also see it under your orders at any time.
Tracking can take a few hours to show movement after the email arrives — the carrier scans a parcel into its network at the depot, not at collection.
GST
Every price on this site includes 9% GST. The tax shown at checkout is the portion of the total that is GST, extracted from the price — it is not added on top, so the figure you see on the product page is the figure you pay.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is late, damaged, or shows as delivered and is not with you, email glothlab@gmail.com with your order number. We answer within two business days.
